In this first session, information will be gathered regarding your health and eating concerns. Questions about your eating habits, medical history, body image, and your overall lifestyle in relation to your food and nutrition will be discussed. Initial goals will then be discussed together to get you started to improve your health so you can feel your very best.
Follow-up sessions will cover how you are doing with the goals you are working on and new tangible goals will be discussed as you progress overtime. You may also be provided with nutrition education and support in these sessions. Improving your health and your relationship with food will be a journey and not a quick fix, which is why these follow-up sessions are so important.
