Food Freedom University is $547 & we offer a payment plan as well. Half of the payment will be due prior to the course starting, and the other half will be due 4 weeks after the course starts.
ABSOLUTELY. Body image is a major part of the work that I do. I have several assignments and worksheets included in each course to help you work through body image concerns. In the course you can also ask your own body image questions in our weekly Facebook Live Q+A groups. You can also take advantage of 20% off my 1:1 telehealth services as a Food Freedom University client if you feel like you would like more support in this area.
